The paper shredder for home office is practical and easy for shredding bills, credit cards, junk mails and other confidential documents.

Maximum 8-sheet documents will be shredded into 3/16″ x 23/32″ cross-cut particles. In 4-minute non-stop running time, 192 sheets of paper can be shredded completely and effeciently.

Large 4-gallon wastebasket with transparent window can hold 210 sheets of A4 paper scraps to reduce frequency of emptying, and it is easy to see when the bin is full.

IMPORTANT Q&A:

Q1: How often should I lubricate the document shredder?

A1: In order to prolong the service life of the paper shredder, please use professional paper shredder lubricating sheet or oil to lubricate the machine once or twice a month.

Q2: Why doesn’t the shredder work after plugging in?

A2: Please check if the machine is installed correctly. The side with LOGO of the shredder head should be aligned to the side with transparent window of the bin.

Q3: The crosscut shredder is jammed. What should I do?

A3: Please slide the switch to REV mode and pull the paper up. Then continue sliding the switch to FWD mode for a few seconds and then to REV mode for a few seconds. Do this several times and the cutter will be cleaned.

Q4: Why is the number of sheets that can be shredded lower than the maximum number of sheets described?

A4: Please check if the paper is damp, contains plastic or too thick. If so, please let the paper dry before shredding, or remove the plastic part, or reduce shredding sheets per pass. To extend the lifetime of the paper shredder, please don’t often shred more than 8 sheets at one time.

Q5: Why are there paper scraps in the bin or in the cutter when I receive the new paper shredder? Is it a used machine?

A5: Please be assured that all paper shredders purchased from us directly are brand new. In order to ensure the quality and function of the shredder, we 100% tested every machine in production, and some units might not be cleaned completely. We’ll try our best to improve it.
